Step 1
Manage System Users
Step 2
Select the system user you would like to remove access for from you system users list.
In this example we will choose John Smith.
Choose A System User Step 3
Click the "Status" drop down menu and select "Inactive" from the list of options.
Deactivate System User Step 4
This will remove all system access and prevent that system user from logging into the system.
If you ever need to reinstate access to the system for a preexisting user, simply choose Active from the list and Save again.
